What Are You Wearing Tonight?
Okay, tonight is the big night. It’s the night that Hollywood decides who should go home with the Golden Statue. This year there are 10 nominations for best picture, including The Blind Side, this month’s selection for the Ultimate Adoption Book Club. Sandra Bullock is also nominated for best actress for playing a Southern belle turned foster mom in the film and, believe it or not, she is favored to win. She has already taken home a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Award for her role as foster mom, Leigh Anne Tuohy.
Well, I haven’t seen the film and I rarely watch the Oscars, but I am tempted to tune in tonight. I’ve read the book and have lots of questions (!) so my interest is piqued. I may watch tonight but, then again, I may not. I may do some light reading or I may dust my shelves. The possibilities are endless. But, no matter what I’m doing tonight, I will probably be wearing my favorite outfit: jeans and a t-shirt.
Anyhoo, will you be tuning in to the Academy Awards? Going to an Oscar party? And, most importantly, what are you wearing tonight?
I will be wearing my usual: fluffy slippers and flannel. No Oscar parties for me. If I tune it, it will only be to see what Ms. Bullock is wearing.

2I probably won’t watch this year. I have a few movies to watch with DH and some cleaning to do. So, I think I will just watch the highlights reel on the internet tomorrow. I hope you have fun!!!
